From when is the arrival possible? Until when must the departure take place?

The flat is available from 4.00 p.m. (or earlier if possible) on the arrival day until 10.00 am on day of the departure. The host reserves the right to charge for late departure.

How does the check-in work?
Convenient and contactless check-in possible while using a key box, regardless of your arrival time. Alternatively the keys can be handed over personally by the host.

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 3 or 5 nights depending on the season.

Is there a parking space available?
Yes, the flat has a dedicated underground parking space.

Is smoking allowed in the flat?
Smoking is not allowed. The flat is offered and rented out as a non-smoking flat.

How is the kitchen equipped?

A comprehensive equipment is available such as e.g. a refrigerator incl. freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, coffee maker etc.

How is the bathroom equipped?
The bathroom is equipped with all amenities such as towels, hairdryer, universal adapter, hand soap etc.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.

Is there an internet connection?
WLAN is available free of charge. The guest receives the access information from the host upon arrival.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
Our aim is for you to arrive and feel at home. For us, this means that the beds are made and towels are offered.

Is there a bread roll service?
We do not offer a bread roll service. However, there is a bakery, butcher's shop, cafes and restaurants directly across the street.

Where is the nearest shopping facility?

Where is the nearest bus stop?
A bus stop is right in front of the house.

Are there hiking possibilities?
There are many beautiful hiking trails starting directly in front of our flat.

Are there bathing possibilities nearby?
Lake Tegernsee is less than 2 minutes by foot away.

Does the holiday flat have to be cleaned before departure?
No, the final cleaning is included in the price per night.

What are the cancelation requirements?
The deposit of 50% of the total amount is due immediately after booking confirmation. The balance is due no later than 21 days before arrival. If there are less than 21 days between booking and arrival, then the total amount is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Do I have to pay tourist tax?
Yes, tourist tax must be paid.
Tourist tax per person:

Adult (16 years and older) € 3.00
Youth (6 - 15 years) 1,50 €
Child (up to 5 years) 0,00 €
